The space
Welcome to Punch Point! This exclusive waterfront rental has it all! We designed this property with the mission of providing our guests with more. Not 1 but 2 islands, not 1 but 2 refrigerators, not 1 but 2 game rooms, not 1 but 2 sets of washer and dyers... and on and on the list goes! The years of design work for our guests has culminated with this new listing and we are honored to share it with all of those that love St. Michaels as we do.
*With this being a brand new listing we would invite you to look at reviews for any of our other properties for the time being. You will see that we are locked in our guests needs.
Additional notes
**Pool Heater must be requested. There is a $100 per day fee for the pool to be heated. We cannot guarantee the pool will maintain heat when the outdoor temperature drops below 60 degrees.

It is completely very comfortable from June-September without any additional heat.
